About the Organization

We are a mission-driven non-profit dedicated to improving oral health in rural India by providing free, accessible, and compassionate dental care. Our mobile clinics and outreach camps serve communities with limited access to healthcare, focusing on prevention, treatment, and education.

Role Overview

As a Rural Dentist, you will be at the forefront of delivering essential dental services to marginalized communities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about public health, community service, and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic, preventive, and restorative dental care in field clinics and mobile units
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
• Collaborate with local health workers and volunteers to organize dental camps
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to health data reporting
• Participate in community engagement activities to build trust and awareness
• Ensure hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed in all settings

Qualifications

• BDS degree from a recognized institution; MDS preferred but not mandatory
• Valid registration with the Dental Council of India
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (rural or public health experience is a plus)
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas with limited infrastructure
• Fluency in English and Telugu regional language
• Empathetic, culturally respectful, and committed to service

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
