Job Description: As a Senior Associate / Principal Associate specializing in General Corporate practice in Delhi, you will be responsible for handling Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Your role will involve collaborating with senior partners and clients on intricate domestic and international deals, corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, due diligence, and investment documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and assist in corporate transactions such as PE/VC funding and M&A deals - Draft and negotiate transaction documents - Supervise legal due diligence processes - Provide guidance on company law, FEMA, SEBI, and relevant regulatory frameworks - Interact with various stakeholders including investors, promoters, in-house legal teams, and financial advisors - Mentor junior team members at the Principal Associate level Qualification Required: - LLB from a renowned law school - Minimum of 4-7 years of experience for Senior Associate and 7-10 years for Principal Associate post-qualification - Proficiency in PE, VC, and M&A transactions - Strong legal drafting skills and ability to provide sound client advice - Effective communication skills with the capability to independently manage client relationships - Previous experience at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm is a prerequisite Job Description: As a Senior Associate / Principal Associate specializing in General Corporate practice in Delhi, you will be responsible for handling Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
