General Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Quotations & Bills

• Generate accurate quotations and invoices based on customer orders.
• Coordinate with the sales or product team for pricing and product details

Manage Emails & Online Inquiries

• Handle incoming inquiries from platforms like Justdial, IndiaMART, and company email.
• Respond to customers promptly and professionally.

Website Content Management

• Update and upload product photos and details on the company website.
• Coordinate with the design team if needed for photo edits or descriptions.

Customer Interaction

• Assist walk-in or online customers with product queries, pricing, and order status.
• Maintain a polite and helpful attitude at all times.

Occasional Packaging Assistance

• Help in product packaging when required, ensuring items are packed safely and correctly.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing)
• Familiarity with online business platforms (Justdial, IndiaMART) is a plus
• Good communication skills – spoken and written
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Team player with a flexible and positive attitude

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
