As an Accounting Manager at NTT DATA, your role will involve managing Large, Complex F&A Projects in a multicountry and multilingual Global Shared Service environment. You will be responsible for monitoring and driving Global Shared Services transition projects for NTT Data and its affiliates, leading to the successful completion of the projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design End State Global Finance Processes and possess in-depth knowledge of End-to-End Transitions and Stable state Transformation. - Drive Process Migration/Transition Projects, having completed at least 5-10 transition projects. - Track projects and capture Cost savings from Process Improvement initiatives. - Liaise with various Global support teams (IT, HR, Finance) and External Vendors when necessary. - Standardize F&A processes across teams/geographies and identify areas of improvement. - Report project status, along with issues, to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner based on urgency and importance. **Project Management Responsibilities:** - Develop and be accountable for Project work plans, ensuring all tasks are delivered in a timely/cost-effective manner. - Identify opportunities for the team to own greater responsibilities and create transition plans as needed. - Ensure process excellence in business process design, re-engineering, and management to system implementation. - Analyze common processing mistakes, conduct root cause analysis, and assist in the development of training materials. - Manage Escalations, identify root causes, suggest process improvements, and implement controls. **Qualifications:** - Education Background: Graduate in Commerce, MBA (Finance). - Work Experience: 12-15 years Total Experience, with at least 4-5 Years in Finance domain Transitions. - Global experience of working with teams across Geographies will be given preference.
