You are applying for the role of Accounting Manager at NTT DATA in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. As the Associate Director Transitions, your primary responsibility will be to manage Large, Complex F&A Projects in a multicountry, multilingual Global Shared Service environment. Your role will involve monitoring and driving Global Shared Services transition projects for NTT Data and its affiliates to ensure the successful completion of the projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design End State Global Finance Processes and possess in-depth knowledge of End-to-End Transitions and Stable state Transformation. - Drive Process Migration/Transition Projects, having completed at least 5-10 transition projects. - Track the Projects and capture Cost savings from Process Improvement projects. - Liaise with various Global support teams (IT, HR, Finance) & External Vendors as necessary. - Standardize F&A processes across teams/geographies and identify areas of improvement. - Report project status and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner based on urgency and importance. - Develop and be accountable for Project work plans, ensuring tasks are delivered in a timely/cost-effective manner. - Identify opportunities for the team to own greater responsibilities and create transition plans. - Ensure process excellence in business process design, re-engineering, and management to system implementation. - Manage Escalations, identify root cause, propose process improvements, and implement controls. **Qualifications Required:** - Education Background: Graduate in Commerce. MBA (Finance). - Work Experience: 12-15 years Total Experience, with at least 4-5 Years in Finance domain Transitions. - Global experience of working with teams across Geographies will be given preference.
