Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer with strong Python expertise to join our dynamic engineering team. The role requires blending backend development skills with modern generative AI capabilities to build scalable, innovative, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerative AI Development

• Build generative AI solutions using LangChain, Llama-Index, or similar frameworks.
• Apply prompt engineering and advanced LLM optimization techniques.
• Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, PGVector, Supabase.
• Work with embeddings and similarity search workflows.
• Handle multimodal AI (text, images, video).
• Integrate observability tools to monitor and evaluate LLM performance.

Backend Engineering

• Develop scalable backend systems using FastAPI / Django / Flask.
• Build and manage REST APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL and integrate vector DBs for AI workflows.
• Implement async programming and maintain clean, maintainable code.
• Integrate third-party SDKs/APIs and manage multimodal data pipelines.
• Use Celery/cron for background task scheduling.
• Utilize Docker for deployments and ensure backend security and scalability.

Essential :

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI / Django / Flask.
• Expertise in Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, LangChain/Llama-Index.
• Experience with relational and vector databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Pinecone, PGVector, Weaviate, Supabase).
• Knowledge of LLMs and multimodal AI (text, image, video).
• Experience deploying production-grade AI systems using Docker.
• Strong testing/debugging skills (e.g., Pytest).
• Understanding of asynchronous programming.

Preferred :

• Cloud knowledge: AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Basic frontend understanding (HTML, CSS, React/Angular).
• Experience with LLM observability tools.
• Awareness of modern generative AI trends and agent workflows.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices.
• Relevant AI/ML or cloud certifications.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud technologies are a plus.
