About the Role

We are seeking a skilled GenAI + GCP Developer with hands-on experience in Vertex AI, LLM frameworks, and RAG-based applications. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI solutions using Google Cloud Platform. You will work with advanced retrieval pipelines, build intelligent APIs, and integrate GenAI capabilities into production workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end

  GenAI applications

  using Vertex AI, LangChain, and Python.
• Build

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

  for improving model accuracy and contextual responses.
• Deploy and maintain

  scalable GenAI APIs

  on GCP (Cloud Run / GKE / Functions).
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise data, vector databases, and embeddings.
• Implement model evaluation, prompt tuning, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers and backend teams for data ingestion and pipeline improvements.
• Ensure application security, model reliability, and monitoring in production environments.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/LLM application development.
• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI (LLMs, Embeddings, Model Deployment).
• Practical experience with LangChain, prompt chaining, and tool integrations.
• Experience building RAG pipelines using vector stores (FAISS, Milvus, Chroma, Elastic, etc.).
• Strong understanding of GCP services (Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM).
• Experience deploying scalable APIs and microservices in GCP.
• Familiarity with embeddings, text chunking, data preprocessing, and LLM evaluation.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
