Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experiencedGen AI and Agentic AI Leadwith deep domain expertise in the banking industry and strong technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years ofrelevantexperience.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing projects involving the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of GenAI models.
• Familiarity with the principles and practical applications of Agentic AI, including autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and the design of AI systems capable of goal-driven behavior and decision-making.
• Experience with prompt engineering techniques, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures, and vector databases for enhancing GenAI model performance and relevance.
• Experience with designing scalable LangChain and LangGraphs solutions
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP): Experience with NLP techniques for language understanding, generation, and interaction (e.g., text processing, semantic analysis, leveraging models like BERT, GPT).
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex technical projects from conception to completion, with a focus on cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams comprising AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical GenAI and Agentic AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in navigating the unique challenges of AI project development, such as model bias, explainability, and scalability.
