Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable application architectures for Generative AI use cases.
• Lead the development of AI-driven automation platforms and self-healing systems.
• Build and deploy conversational and knowledge-based AI solutions.
• Create chatbots for ITOps automation (Ansible, Terraform-based).
• Develop multi-agent frameworks using LangChain and similar technologies.
• Deploy ML models (TensorFlow, CNN, SciPy) to automate ITSM workflows.
• Lead Generative AI projects across multiple engagements and mentor internal teams.
• Drive innovation and contribute to patentable AI solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:

  8+ years in software development and AI.

• Education:

  B.Tech / B.E. in ECE, CSE, or related field.

• GenAI Platforms:

  Azure OpenAI, GCP (Gemini), Groq, HuggingFace.

• LLMs:

  GPT-4o, GPT-4, Llama 3.1/3.2, Gemini (Pro/Flash), Mistral/Mixtral.

• Frameworks:

  LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI.

• Vector Databases:

  PGVector, ChromaDB, etc.

• Programming:

  Python, Java, Node.js, React.

• Database:

  SQL Server / PostgreSQL.

• DevOps & MLOps:

  Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and ML model deployment experience.
