GEN AI Developer/Specialist/Lead/Architect"

Job type:- Permanent / Full Time

with at least one project implementation experience

Exp - 4-20 yrs

Loc - MCPBN - Hybrid (Coim/Ahm - 2nd priority)

NP - Imm to Mid of Oct Serving

IP - L1 & L2 - Virtual

Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using LLMs.
Fine-tune, optimize, and integrate models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) with cloud AI platforms.
Implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, and MLOps best practices.
Lead AI innovation projects, POCs, and cross-functional collaborations.
Ensure compliance with ethical AI, security, and governance standards.
Mentor teams and establish AI best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in
Python
,
PyTorch/TensorFlow
, and
Hugging Face

Experience with
Cloud AI/ML platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong knowledge of
