Gen AI Engineer

Experience:

Gen AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Integration

Develop and integrate
Generative AI solutions
using
Azure OpenAI / Mistral
Implement AI-driven features within enterprise applications
Optimize API calls and manage interactions with
LLMs

Backend & API Development

Design and develop
RESTful APIs
for AI-driven functionalities
Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient backend services
Enable seamless data exchange between AI models and business systems

Collaboration & Deployment

Work with Ops teams to deploy AI solutions into
production
Collaborate with business analysts to assess AI use cases and feasibility
Optimize model inference performance in
cloud environments

Code Quality & Performance

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented
Python code
Implement
unit and integration tests
Optimize services for performance and scalability

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in
Python backend development
Understanding of
RESTful APIs
Familiarity with
LLMs, GPT models, embeddings, NLP
Experience with
Azure Cloud Services
and Azure AI SDKs
Knowledge of
Docker & Kubernetes
Understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
Experience in
AI-powered application development

Good to Have

Azure AI certifications (Azure AI Engineer Associate)
Experience with
Mistral models
Knowledge of
ML lifecycle
, model deployment & fine-tuning
Agile/Scrum practices (pair programming, sprints)

Education

Masters degree
in Computer Science / AI / Data Science or related field
