Gen AI Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Gen AI Developer with hands-on experience in Python, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and deploying AI-powered applications that leverage the latest in Generative AI and retrieval techniques. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Gen AI solutions using large language models (LLMs) and RAG frameworks. Build and integrate retrieval pipelines using vector databases and embedding models. Implement end-to-end applications combining NLP, data retrieval, and prompt engineering. Work with APIs and open-source frameworks such as LangChain, Haystack, or LLamaIndex. Develop and maintain backend services using Python, focusing on scalability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, DevOps, Product) to deliver AI features. Monitor and optimize model performance and application responsiveness. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in Gen AI, RAG, and LLM ecosystems. Required Skills: 2 6 years of hands-on development experience in Python. Strong knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude). Practical experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB). Familiarity with LangChain, Haystack, or similar frameworks. Good understanding of REST APIs, prompt engineering, and tokenization concepts. Experience in integrating and fine-tuning AI models for production environments.
