Job Title: GeM Procurement Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar Experience: 2-5 years in procurement, preferably with government tenders/GeMKey Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement on GeM portal and government tenders, from monitoring opportunities to bid submission and order closure. Identify and track relevant tenders; prepare, submit, and manage tender documents, BOQs, and direct purchase orders. Evaluate vendors, compare bids, and coordinate per GeM/tender norms and government rules. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to finalize requirements and ensure compliance with timelines and documentation. Follow up on deliveries, track status, and maintain accurate procurement records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field. Proven experience with GeM portal, government e-procurement (e.g., CPPP, tenders), and tools like bid creation/BOQ management. Strong knowledge of procurement compliance, vendor management, and MS Excel/Office. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
