GEM EXECUTIVE

Duties & Responsibilities: · Tender Submission: Manage the tender submission process, ensuring all documents and bids are uploaded correctly within the specified Deadlines, And Also Know about DP, L1, Product Publishing. · Monitor online tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, IREPS, NIC, E-NIVIDA, E-tender portals) for relevant opportunities. · Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) and evaluate business fit. · Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance, Accounts) to gather required inputs. · Preparing and presenting pre bid queries · Maintain updated records of all tender submissions and related documentation. · Ensure pre-qualification criteria, certifications, registrations are up to date. Qualifications and Education Requirements · Any Graduate · Previous experience in tender management or a similar role. · Attention to details and accuracy in documents preparation. · Proficient in using MS Office applications. · Willingness to adapt and learn new processes and technologies.
