The GEM Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating GEM-related activities, including handling registrations, renewals, and updates on the GEM portal. The role involves ensuring compliance with GEM guidelines, preparing and submitting tenders, and maintaining records of all GEM transactions. The GEM Executive will also liaise with clients and vendors, provide support for contract management, and ensure timely delivery of products to clients. Qualifications Experience with GEM portal management, registrations, and renewals Knowledge of tender preparation and submission Strong understanding of compliance with GEM guidelines Excellent communication and coordination skills for client and vendor interactions Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping abilities Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for GEM and contract management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Previous experience in the furniture manufacturing industry is a plus
