Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Gem Executive based in Chandigarh, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Gem Executive will be responsible for handling and managing the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, identifying potential business opportunities, bid preparation and submission, order processing, and maintaining accurate records. The Gem Executive will also liaise with government officials and clients to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal activities
• Strong skills in bid preparation, submission, and order processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Knowledge of government procurement processes
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
