Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented GEM Associate to manage and streamline our operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a good understanding of sales/support processes on GeM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle product listing, cataloging, and bid submission on the GeM portal
• Track tenders, generate quotations, and manage documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock, and approvals
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, reports, and status updates
• Ensure compliance with government procurement policies
• Prepare presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in BCA / B.Tech (Preferred)
• 6 months to 2 years of experience working with the GeM portal
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Basic knowledge of government procurement process is a plus
• Good time management and interpersonal skills
