Responsibilities:

·      Handle ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and fare searches

·      Support agents and clients with itinerary and booking queries

·      Ensure high accuracy and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

·      Proven experience with major GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)

·      Excellent English communication skills

·      Willingness to work US time zones (night shift IST)

·      Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
