Role & responsibilities: Manage flight, hotel and cruise bookings Handle ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and fare searches Support agents and clients with itinerary and booking queries Ensure high accuracy and customer satisfaction Preferred candidate profile: Proven experience with major GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) Knowledge of airline fare structures, ticketing rules, and IATA regulations. Excellent English communication skills Willingness to work US time zones (night shift IST) Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
