GCP Solution Architect - Application Side

Job Description

This is a remote, full-time position for someone who is skilled in designing and building cloud-based applications , particularly on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . The focus is on the application side —creating, migrating, and optimizing software solutions in the cloud. Key Responsibilities: Design Scalable Apps: Create secure, scalable applications on GCP. Migrations: Lead projects that move applications and databases to the cloud. DevOps Practices: Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like: Jenkins (automation), Docker (containerization), Kubernetes (orchestration). Version Control: Use Git for code versioning, branching, and releases. AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to speed up development and improve efficiency. Team Leadership: Guide and train team members on tech and best practices. Stakeholder Communication: Understand business needs and provide technical solutions. Troubleshooting: Identify and fix technical issues during development. Required Skills: Strong coding and architecture background (5+ years) Expert in GCP , with knowledge of other clouds being a plus DevOps tools proficiency: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes Experience with Git (code management) Familiar with AI tools in development workflows Strong communication & problem-solving skills
