Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and support our platform modernization initiatives. The role involves working on cloud-native platforms, automation frameworks, and building scalable and resilient infrastructure systems using modern DevOps and SRE practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead platform modernization including containerization, microservices, and serverless adoption.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments across environments.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
Apply DevSecOps practices to ensure security and compliance throughout the pipeline.
Support production environments, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Build internal automation tools to improve system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve architectural standards.
Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3- 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
Strong hands-on with Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
Experience with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, etc.).
Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog).
Understanding of cloud cost optimization and production support practices.
Exposure to security tools such as Trivy, Snyk, or similar is a plus.
Familiarity with Kafka or event-driven architectures is an advantage.
Strong debugging skills in distributed systems.
