Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced non-surgical Gastroenterologist with 34 years of clinical experience to join our medical team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal, liver, and digestive disorders with a patient-centred and evidence-based approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage gastrointestinal and hepatology conditionsConduct outpatient consultations and follow-up assessmentsInterpret diagnostic tests including endoscopy reports, imaging, and lab resultsPrescribe treatment plans and monitor patient progressCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic careMaintain accurate medical documentation and patient recordsParticipate in clinical meetings and departmental reviews

Requirements:

MBBS with MD/DNB in Internal MedicineDM/DNB in Gastroenterology (non-surgical) preferred3 - 4 years of relevant clinical experienceStrong communication, empathy, and patient-handling skills
