Job SummaryA Gastroenterologist is required to diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases of the gastrointestinal and hepatological systems. The role involves performing endoscopic procedures and managing both acute and chronic conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage conditions like inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, and liver disorders.Perform and interpret results from procedures such as endoscopies and colonoscopies.Conduct biopsies and other diagnostic tests.Collaborate with other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.RequirementsMBBS degree and a postgraduate degree (MD/DNB) in Gastroenterology.Valid medical license and registration.
