Job Description

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders, ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care.

Perform endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies and upper GI endoscopies, with precision and attention to patient safety.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive health strategies to promote long-term wellness.

Stay informed about the latest advancements in gastroenterology to provide cutting-edge treatments and therapies.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records for all patients in compliance with regulatory standards.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency care and consultations as needed.

Required Qualifications

Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of a residency in Internal Medicine.

Successful completion of a fellowship in Gastroenterology.

Board certification in Gastroenterology.

Valid medical license to practice in the state.

Proven experience in performing endoscopic procedures and managing complex gastrointestinal cases.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
