100% defect free goods should transfer to proceeding departments (Stores, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing)
Follow AQL 1.5
On-time completion of Quality Audit
Audit offered cut panels/ garments in each department are audit on a Bi-Hourly basis
Re-inspection offered pieces in each department should audit in half and hour time
Comments for improvement are given to production departments on a bi-hourly basis.
Audit status should be updated to Top Management twice a day.
