Efficiency Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs. 2. Quality Control: Quality Standards: Ensure fabrics and garments meet established quality standards through regular inspections and testing. Defect Identification and Resolution: Collaborate with the Quality Control team to identify and resolve defects, implementing corrective actions. Preventive Measures: Implement measures to prevent recurring quality issues and ensure consistent product quality. 3. Team Supervision: Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and guide a team of knitting machine operators and other personnel.
