Job Title: Production Incharge - Textile Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 3-5 years Education: Graduation (preferably in Textile Management or related field) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our textile production unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of tailors, ensuring smooth production processes, and taking care of daily dispatches. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise a team of tailors to ensure efficient production. Monitor the daily workflow to meet production targets and deadlines. Oversee the quality of finished goods to maintain high standards. Coordinate with the dispatch team for daily shipment of finished products. Maintain inventory records and monitor material usage. Resolve any production-related issues promptly to avoid downtime. Implement safety and quality control measures within the production unit. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience (3-5 years) in a textile production environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in managing production schedules and dispatch processes. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage workflow efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of quality control and inventory management. Additional Requirements: Candidates residing near Ghansoli or willing to commute are preferred. Proficiency in basic computer applications and production tracking tools.
