Job Description

Prepare cold dishes like salads, sandwiches, cold cuts, dips, and dressings.
Handle plating and presentation of all cold items.
Store and maintain ingredients at proper temperatures.
Ensure freshness and quality of vegetables, fruits, meats, and dairy items.
Prep ingredients daily — washing, cutting, slicing, marinating.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cold kitchen section.
Organize the refrigerator and label all items correctly.
Monitor stock levels and inform the chef when items are running low.
Follow food safety standards for storage and handling.
Support the main kitchen team during rush hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
