Job Description

  • Prepare cold dishes like salads, sandwiches, cold cuts, dips, and dressings.
  • Handle plating and presentation of all cold items.
  • Store and maintain ingredients at proper temperatures.
  • Ensure freshness and quality of vegetables, fruits, meats, and dairy items.
  • Prep ingredients daily — washing, cutting, slicing, marinating.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cold kitchen section.
  • Organize the refrigerator and label all items correctly.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the chef when items are running low.
  • Follow food safety standards for storage and handling.
  • Support the main kitchen team during rush hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
