We’re Hiring: Game Supervisor – Smaaash Entertainment | Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Location: Smaaash, Lower Parel, Mumbai

Position: Game Supervisor

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (net take-home, based on interview performance)

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Rotational Shifts)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Off

Gender Requirement: Male Candidates Only

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

Joining: Immediate or within 15 Days

Role Overview: Game Supervisor

The Game Supervisor will oversee daily gaming zone operations, ensure smooth functioning of gaming activities, manage on-floor staff, and deliver high guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be energetic, responsible, and capable of handling fast-paced entertainment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide game hosts and on-floor team members

Ensure all gaming zones, VR games, and attractions are operational and safe

Monitor guest engagement and ensure a high standard of service

Handle guest queries, issues, and minor complaints

Coordinate with the technical team for game equipment maintenance

Manage game cards, tokens, and cash handling as per company protocols

Train new staff on guest interaction, SOPs, and safety standards

Manage crowd flow and maintain order within the gaming area

Assist in upselling gaming packages and promotions

Prepare and submit daily operational reports

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years in gaming zones, amusement centers, entertainment venues, or hospitality operations preferred

Education: Minimum Graduate / Diploma

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English communication must be moderate to good)

Strong leadership and customer service abilities

Team handling experience

Basic technical understanding of gaming equipment is an advantage

Ability to work in rotational shifts
