Gaming Supervisor

Location: Smaaash Entertainment, Kukatpally – Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on interview & experience)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Weekly Off
Shift Timings: Rotational (Between 11 AM – 12 AM)
Joining: Immediate or within 15 Days

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a leading family entertainment brand offering virtual reality games, arcade gaming, bowling, sports simulations, and dining experiences. We are looking for a proactive and energetic Game Supervisor to manage our gaming floor operations.

Role Overview

The Game Supervisor will ensure seamless gaming operations, manage on-floor staff, and deliver a high level of guest engagement and satisfaction. The role requires leadership, quick decision-making, and strong service orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide game hosts and on-floor team members
• Ensure all gaming attractions are operational, safe, and well-maintained
• Manage guest interaction, engagement, and address queries
• Coordinate with the technical team for quick game issue resolution
• Maintain crowd control and hygiene across gaming zones
• Manage cash/card transactions and follow SOPs effectively
• Train and monitor staff for service quality and safety standards
• Promote packages, offers, and ensure revenue enhancement
• Maintain daily reports on operations and staff performance

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in gaming zones, retail entertainment, amusement centers, FECs or hospitality operations
• Good communication and guest handling skills
• Team supervision experience is preferred
• Basic technical understanding of gaming systems is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced operations
• Ready to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts
