Gaming Content Writer (Roblox, Pokemon, etc.)

Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Gaming Content Writer to join our editorial team at our Dakshineshwar office in Kolkata. This is an entry-level position best suited for candidates who are passionate about video games, particularly Roblox and Pokémon, and who possess strong writing, research, and analytical skills.

Selected candidates will undergo a three-month probationary training period, during which they will be introduced to our editorial processes, CMS tools (including WordPress), SEO fundamentals, and internal software systems. Successful completion of this period will confirm permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit original articles, guides, tier lists, and features on Roblox, Pokémon, and other trending titles.
• Collaborate with editors to ensure content adheres to GameGeekFusion’s editorial standards and house style.
• Stay updated on the latest gaming news, events, and community discussions to produce timely, relevant content.
• Optimize articles for SEO and readability to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
• Consistently meet deadlines and maintain professional communication in a collaborative team environment.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional writing or editorial experience (freshers with strong skills and interest will be considered).
• A strong command of written English, with the ability to explain complex gaming mechanics in simple, engaging language.
• Familiarity with Roblox, Pokémon, and broader gaming culture.
• Attention to detail and the ability to self-proofread work before submission.
• Willingness to work strictly on-site at our Dakshineshwar office; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
• Commitment to completing a minimum one-year service agreement post-confirmation to account for the organization’s training investment.
