Role Overview: As a Games & Engagement Content Creator at MedoPlus Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive digital experiences to enhance audience participation and brand engagement. Your passion for playful storytelling, gamification, and creative audience engagement will play a crucial role in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop engaging content formats such as quizzes, challenges, games, polls, and interactive stories for social media and digital campaigns - Collaborate with Business and Healthcare teams to align engagement activities with brand messaging and campaign goals - Ideate and manage contests, giveaways, and engagement campaigns to increase participation and community interaction - Create wireframes or content flows for digital mini-games or interactive tools with support from design/development teams - Monitor user interaction data and engagement KPIs to assess content performance and enhance future initiatives - Stay informed about trends in gamification, social media interaction, and digital engagement tactics - Support Below The Line (BTL) and Above The Line (ATL) initiatives with engagement-focused content such as event-based games, live polls, and audience Q&As Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in content creation, digital engagement, social media, or similar roles - Demonstrated ability to create fun, interactive content for digital audiences - Knowledge of social media platforms, gamification strategies, and audience behavior - Strong writing and ideation skills with a playful, creative tone - Familiarity with tools like Typeform, Kahoot, Canva, or game/quiz creation platforms - Excellent collaboration and communication abilities - Dual capability to think creatively and strategically Additional Company Details: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
