💰 Budget: 800–1000 AUD per month (based on experience)

About the Role

At Marketing Transformers, we’re building an innovative AI Tutor App focused on making Math and Science fun, interactive, and effective through gamification. We're looking for a Game Developer who is strong in Unity, 2D/3D animation, sprite sheet creation, and end-to-end game development.

You’ll be responsible for designing and building educational mini-games that are playful, curriculum-aligned, and easy to understand for kids.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🎮 Game Development: Design and develop age-appropriate educational mini-games in Unity (must-have) or Unreal Engine.

📚 Curriculum Alignment: Translate Math and Science concepts into interactive gameplay mechanics.

🎨 Creative Collaboration: Work with education designers and illustrators to deliver engaging visuals and experiences.

🧠 UX for Kids: Create intuitive interfaces with clear instructions and feedback for young learners.

🐞 Testing & Tuning: Playtest with real users, gather feedback, and refine game balance and difficulty.

🌐 Deployment: Optimize for tablets and mobile devices (Android/iOS).

✅ Ideal Candidate

2–3 years of experience as a Game Developer (Unity required)

Hands-on experience with 2D/3D animation, sprite sheets, and end-to-end game development

Solid knowledge of C# or C++

Experience building 2D/3D games for mobile or tablet platforms

Strong understanding of child-friendly game design principles

Comfortable collaborating with educators, artists, and AI developers

Familiar with Git and working in Agile sprints

Great communication skills (English, Hindi a bonus)
