Job Description

As a Game Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating innovative game designs and leading a small team. You will have the freedom to implement top-notch game development processes and work on projects with complete ownership. Key Responsibilities: - Write clear and concise game design documents - Drive prototyping, mechanics, pacing, tuning, tutorial, usability, level ramp, story, meta-structure, aesthetics, and creative vision of projects - Use a metrics-driven approach to design, focusing on retention, virality, and monetization - Source ideas and draft proposals including concept docs, development plans, product plans, and schedules - Contribute to company goals, sales/marketing requirements, and portfolio direction Qualifications Required: - Passion for games - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Game Designer - Technical knowledge in Game Designing In addition to the above, we offer an attractive compensation package, participation in a profit-sharing scheme, and the opportunity to work with a small and passionate autonomous team.
