  • Own the Gainsight platform — including day-to-day configuration, health score modeling, playbooks, CTAs, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and turn data into action.
  • Integrate core systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Data Cloud to ensure a seamless customer data flow and experience.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows that support success plans, lifecycle journeys, risk alerts, and renewal processes.
  • Train and support users across global teams, ensuring strong adoption and a consistent experience.
  • Continuously optimize usability and impact based on feedback, usage insights, and evolving business needs.
Who are you?
  • 2+ years of hands-on Gainsight administration experience.
  • Gainsight Administrator Certification – required.
  • Gainsight Customer Success Manager (CSM) Certification – strongly preferred
  • Working toward or interested in Gainsight PX Certification – ideal
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and tools like Zendesk or Data Cloud.
  • Understanding of customer success operations and lifecycle frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, business-partner mindset.
