FX post-trade lifecycle-Middle Office Ops

You will be responsible for managing post-trade lifecycle events for Global FX transactions within the Client's Order Management System (OMS), utilizing BlackRock Aladdin. This includes ensuring portfolio readiness at the Beginning-of-Day (BoD) by resolving reconciliation exceptions between custody systems and the OMS promptly. Daily reconciliation tasks involve reviewing position and transaction exceptions across OMS, Portfolio Accounting Platforms, and Custodian systems to ensure accuracy and expedite issue resolution. Additionally, you will oversee trade fail and settlement management for all Global FX transactions and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate new business onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate setup of new portfolios. As part of your responsibilities, you will act as the primary point of contact for custodian banks regarding trade notifications and portfolio administration, proactively resolving trade discrepancies and managing queries. You will also prepare and execute month-end attestation reports for outstanding risks and manage broker setup processes for FX and Global Fixed Income. Your role will involve maintaining broker relationships as the designated Broker Relationship Manager and serving as the primary operational contact for both internal and external clients on all operational matters. To excel in this role, you should have at least 12 years of hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin. A comprehensive understanding of key asset management platforms and their data requirements is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Attention to detail, collaboration skills, and independence are also crucial. Advanced knowledge of foreign exchange transactions, familiarity with Python, Co-Plot, Apache, and experience in leveraging AI workflows will be beneficial in performing your duties effectively.,
