Job Description

Candidates for this role are expected to showcase expertise as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in their respective fields, with proficiencies across multiple SaaS modules/applications and hands-on leadership abilities. A positive attitude, effective communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, customer interaction skills, and eagerness to learn new applications are essential qualities for success in this position. Additionally, candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills in Oracle HCM modules, including extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design. Knowledge of Fast Formula is desirable, and the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently is crucial. Ideal candidates will have practical experience in at least three HCM modules, with a background in implementation or L1/L2 level support. Technical skills required include PL/SQL, BI, OTBI, Web Services, Rest APIs, FBDI/HDL/HCM Extracts/HSDL, and OIC Integrations/Interfaces. The expected experience level ranges from 5 to 9+ years in SaaS/Oracle Fusion Cloud, with prior EBS experience considered a plus. Responsibilities for this role include close customer interaction on a global scale, collaboration with Oracle Product support, timely delivery coordination with project team members, regular reporting of status and issues to project managers/clients, and leadership in all technical aspects of system development for both large projects and minor enhancements.
