Job Description Looking for Oracle CX Consultant with Strong technical knowledge in customizing Fusion B2B Sales/Service application with custom objects, Redwood, BI Dashboards, Groovy Scripting, SOAP/Rest APIs, Visual Builder and DCS. Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills. Having Oracle Sales Cloud or Oracle Service Cloud Certification is an added advantage. Knowledge of other Oracle CX products/modules is an added advantage. As part of the job responsibility you will be providing ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle B2B Sales and Service Cloud implementations, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements and break-fixes. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities As part of the job you will interface with the customer's IT staff and business users on a regular basis. You will be responsible for resolution of issues reported by customers with in the agreed SLAs. Work on enhancement requests and break fixes.
