Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Supervisor, located in Thane. The Furniture Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the furniture department, managing inventory, ensuring product quality, and maintaining store displays. Daily tasks include supervising staff, coordinating with the sales team, assisting customers, and managing supply orders. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Management, Store Supervision, and Team Leadership
• Knowledge of Furniture Products, Inventory Management, and Quality Control
• Customer Service, Sales, and Communication Skills
• Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Previous experience in the retail furniture industry is a plus
