Furniture Packing Supervisor

seeking an experienced and meticulous Furniture Packing Supervisor to lead our warehouse packing operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail, dedicated to ensuring every piece of furniture is packed securely and efficiently for transport.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all daily packing activities and the packing team. Ensure every product meets the highest standards for safety and quality before shipping. Train new and existing employees on proper furniture handling and packing techniques. Maintain and monitor inventory levels of packing materials and supplies. Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Fill out and maintain daily reports on production, packing, and dispatch activities. Enforce and promote a safe and clean working environment. Troubleshoot and resolve any packing-related issues that arise.
