Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Your role will involve coordinating and supervising staff members, which includes assemblers, technicians, and carpenters, to ensure efficient workflow and optimal use of resources. It will be crucial for you to have knowledge of inventory management and to ensure that stock and materials are available as needed. Quality control will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, where you will establish and execute processes to maintain high standards. Regular inspections of finished products will be necessary to identify and address any quality issues that may arise. Additionally, you will play a vital role in training and motivating production employees, creating work schedules, and assigning tasks to foster a positive and productive work environment. You will be expected to identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
