· Developing and implementing production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
· Coordinating and supervising staff, including assemblers, technicians, and carpenters.
· Ensuring efficient workflow and optimal use of resources.
· Should knows and manage inventory.
· Ensure the stock and materials are available
· Establishing and executing quality control processes.
· Regularly inspecting finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
· Identifying and addressing any quality issues that arise.
· Training, and motivating production employees.
· Creating work schedules and assigning tasks.
· Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
· Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Candidates should be willing to move to Srilanka and work.
