Established in 2016, SHSG aims to fulfill the basic needs of the poor, including food, health, clothing, shelter, and education through the concept of “DASWANDH,” where contributors dedicate a portion of their income and time. A significant initiative by SHSG is the SHSG SCI Care Center near Chandigarh, offering free treatment, rehabilitation, and holistic care to individuals with spinal cord injuries. The organization is committed to transforming lives through impactful projects such as medical aid, educational support, and building essential infrastructure for the underserved.

Role Description

*This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district Punjab for a Fundraising Manager.

*The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission.

*Daily tasks include identifying potential donors, calling and visiting to all the big organistions who are participating in CSR activities, nurturing relationships with major donors, planning and implementing fundraising events, pursuing philanthropic opportunities, and managing annual giving campaigns.

*The role may also require collaborating with team members to ensure that campaigns align with the organization's goals.

Qualifications

*Strong skills in identifying and cultivating relationships with CSR Manager of all big organisation, governments bodies, donors and fostering partnerships with philanthropists.

*Excellent communication skills, including the ability to inspire and engage with stakeholders and potential contributors.

*Experience with strong presenstion skill with MS Excel and Power point excellence.

*Experience with charities, annual giving, and managing large fundraising campaigns is required.

*Strong organizational and project management skills for planning and executing fundraising events.

*Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising best practices and an unwavering commitment to the mission of empowering underprivileged communities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
