Identify, approach, and negotiate with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions for debt or structured finance.
Prepare and submit proposals, CMA data, business projections, and due diligence documentation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders at banks and NBFCs.
Regularly update lenders on the financial health and business strategy of the company.
Evaluate and structure optimal funding solutions (term loans, working capital, CPs, NCDs, etc.)
Work on innovative financing structures aligned with business needs and risk appetite.
Oversee the documentation process including term sheets, loan agreements, security creation, and disbursement formalities.
Ensure timely compliance with all lender covenants and reporting requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
