Samvedana Foundation, based in Sangli, Maharashtra, is a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting vulnerable sections of society. The foundation focuses on three core areas: animal welfare, child development, and mental health awareness. Their Gaushala in Sangli provides care and shelter to abandoned and injured cows. They also support orphaned and underprivileged children by ensuring access to education, nutrition, and a nurturing environment. Additionally, Samvedana runs Manasvardhan Kendra in Miraj, addressing mental health issues through counseling, awareness drives, and community engagement.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Fundraising Intern. The Fundraising Intern will be responsible for assisting in creating and implementing fundraising strategies, conducting research on potential donors, managing donor databases, preparing fundraising materials, and assisting with organizing fundraising events. The intern will also be expected to help with social media campaigns and outreach efforts to attract and engage donors.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Non-profit Management, or related fields
