Fund Services Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Loan Operations Specialist at Citco, you will play a crucial role in the organization's asset servicing sector. Key Responsibilities: - Review and understand Agent notices - Engage in daily bank loan activity processing, asset attribute creation, and maintenance - Understand and process loan trades using settlement documents - Support month-end reporting processes - Prepare and review daily cashflows and reconciliations - Identify and investigate interest, position, and cash breaks - Maintain daily workflow and adhere to deadlines - Interact effectively with team members and other departments to resolve issues - Contribute to procedural enhancements and reconciliation processes - Manage escalated items and ensure timely resolution - Engage in special analytical projects for senior management - Act as a contact point for the Manager on daily production status Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration - 3-5 years of related loan experience - Product knowledge of Primary & Secondary Syndicated Bank Loans and financing facilities - Familiarity with loan management systems such as Wall Street Office, ClearStructure, LoanIQ, etc. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word Additional Details: At Citco, your wellbeing is a priority, and we offer various benefits, training, education support, and flexible working arrangements to help you succeed while maintaining work-life balance.
