You will take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships to deliver outstanding customer experiences. As a member of the JP Morgan Fund Services Trades Team, you play a crucial role in managing trade capture, validation, and review of trades recorded in accounting books, ensuring correct valuation for mutual fund clients. Your responsibilities include preparing daily activities according to SOPs and client deadlines, self-reviewing activities, analyzing client accounting records, raising queries, and escalating concerns about anomalies. You will also assist in resolving team queries, act as a reference point for junior members, liaise with partner sites, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have over 3 years of experience in managing Fund Services, with a background in Finance, Accounting, Trade capture, or Reconciliation. It is essential to work effectively within a team, establish internal relationships, and demonstrate strong analytical and prioritization skills. Knowledge of Mutual Funds and NAV, focus on risk management, control, and adherence to procedures are key qualifications required.
