Fund raising Manager - Finance

Position Title: Finance Manager

Job Type:* Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- *Financial Management:*

- Oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

- Ensure accurate and timely finalization of accounts, including preparation of financial statements and reports.

- *Tax Management:*

- Handle all tax matters, including direct and indirect taxes.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and central tax regulations.

- Coordinate and prepare tax filings and liaise with tax authorities as needed.

- *Investment and Due Diligence:*

- Conduct financial analysis and assist due diligence for raising capital

- *Accounting:*

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close processes.

- Financial Strategy:

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA/CA preferred).

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.

- Proficiency in financial management, accounting, and tax matters.

- Strong knowledge of investment proposals and due diligence processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
