Fund Administration Team Leader

In this role of Fund Administration Team Leader at HSBC, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by identifying and reducing manual processes, supporting technology upgrades, leading User Acceptance Testing, and driving projects for business partners and MSS Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reduce manual processes for enhanced operational control - Lead User Acceptance Testing and projects for business partners and MSS Bangalore - Stay updated on market regulations and rules to ensure compliance in NAV processes - Devise and analyze MI requirements/processes for tracking mechanism - Review NAV packs and ensure process productivity and quality targets are met - Drive Quality Campaigns to increase awareness in the team Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in accounting or qualifications in accounting/finance industry - 3-5 years of relevant Funds administration experience - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Complete understanding of Trade Life Cycle, Capital Markets, and Financial instruments - Excellent knowledge in accounting principles and NAV Calculation process - Efficient Time Management and ability to multitask - Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with other departments - Proactive in implementing solutions and driving results - Previous experience in performing and reviewing funds in A&V or IFS working areas - Strong working knowledge of MS Office HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organizations globally, aiming to enable businesses to thrive and economies to prosper.
