Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and presenting various financial statements as per IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, and Irish GAAP. Additionally, you will handle team management, special projects, and migration tasks in the Fund accounting domain. Your expertise in areas like Middle Office Processing and Business Areas will be crucial in ensuring quality products and compliance with internal controls. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports for long funds according to various GAAPs - Acting as a subject matter expert for the team - Ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures for quality assurance - Reporting and escalating potential issues to minimize risks - Developing strong relationships with internal and external customers - Managing and building a strong team - Preparation of MIS - Meeting SLAs - Promoting a positive working environment - Collaborating with other associates to achieve common goals - Demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills - Exhibiting good interpersonal skills - Willingness to work in shifts and flexible hours as per process requirements Qualification Required: - 5-11 years of experience in Fund accounting - Experience in N-PORT / NMFP / NCEN filing, SEC Regulatory Reporting, and Financial Reporting - 2-4 years of team handling experience - Knowledge of Mutual fund and Hedge Fund industry - Prior working experience in BPO/captive on capital markets back office processes - B. Com, M. Com, Postgraduate Degree majorly in Accounting or Finance - Professional qualifications like CA, CFA, and CPA will be an added advantage Additional Company Details: The company is focused on operations in the Transaction Services sector, specifically in Fund Accounting.
